Moo, poo and Sally Fox

More work at Harles Acres in Hickling. The farmer has brought three cows into the field behind our garden. They are all pregnant and will soon give birth to calves. It’s good to have cows right close in the field again but they do poo a lot!

Sally Fox was seen running across the big field. Actually, it might not have been Sally. It was really shifting fast, so maybe it was after something. Or maybe she was late for her lunch! She didn’t stop to say! Woosh!!

Yummy strawberries!!

Just been picking strawberries from the garden. So much nicer than the ones you get in the shops! Yummy!

Holidays are nearly here

July is coming and so is our holiday. Uncle Phil, Nanna Vicky and I having come up with some exciting ideas and we’re really looking forward to our summer holiday.

I’ve just come back from an evening on a canal boat, taking the people from work on a trip up the River Soar. It was lovely. We saw loads of wildlife like ducks and cranes, but the best was a herd of horses with baby foals running across a field. Beautiful.
